Cleaning Instructions
During the processes of cocoon formation, harvesting, cleaning, and drying, spots and scars may inevitably appear, which do not affect normal use.
Caution Notice
Natural silkworm cocoons vary in size and shape; your understanding is appreciated. The cocoons have a natural silkworm scent. When playing, please be careful to prevent pets from ingesting them.

Can I put Paws Poise Plush Toys in the washing machine?
Some parts are acceptable; details depend on the material. Dry at low temperature or air-dry. For natural materials, such as silkworm cocoon tips, it is recommended to replace them with new ones.

Are Paws Poise toys safe for all ages, from puppies to seniors?
That’s correct. All of our toys are safe and reliable, suitable for dogs of any age. However, please be sure to supervise your dog throughout their playtime. If any parts of the toy become detached, they must be discarded immediately to prevent the risk of choking. We recommend that puppies start interacting with toys when they are 4-5 weeks old. Meanwhile, all play sessions—whether with puppies or adult dogs—require supervision to avoid accidental injuries.
Are Paws Poise toys warranty guaranteed?
No toy is completely bite-resistant. A toy’s lifespan depends on a dog’s biting strength and play habits, so our toys do not come with a warranty. However, if you have any questions, feel free to contact us anytime!
